Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

FourPoint Studios is a business systems and automation consultancy. This Privacy Policy applies to the FourPoint Studios workspace demo (the "Site") and describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when accessing it. For questions, contact us at hello@fourpointstudios.com.

2. What We Collect

When you verify your email to access the workspace, we collect:
  • Name and email address — provided directly by you at the gate.
  • IP address and browser user-agent — collected automatically at the time of verification to detect abuse and for basic analytics.
  • Consent records — timestamps recording when you accepted these terms and, if applicable, whether you opted in to marketing communications.
  • Behavioral activity — pages visited, features used, scenario generator interactions, and search queries within the workspace. This is used to build an understanding of your interests and inform how we follow up, if at all.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:
  • Verify your identity and grant access to the workspace.
  • Understand what you are interested in and tailor any follow-up conversation accordingly.
  • Prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
  • Send you marketing and service-related communications, only if you explicitly opted in.
  • Improve the quality and relevance of our demo and services.

4. Marketing Communications

We will only send you marketing emails if you affirmatively checked the opt-in box during email verification. This is a separate, voluntary action — it is never pre-checked or assumed. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@fourpointstudios.com or clicking unsubscribe in any email we send. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing already carried out.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secured database hosted on Supabase. Access is restricted to service-level credentials — no data is readable from the browser directly. We apply industry-standard security practices including row-level access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted API key access. We do not sell your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at hello@fourpointstudios.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this Site:
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (verification links, notifications).
  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
  • Twilio — SMS message delivery.
Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any other third parties for advertising or resale.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion of your data, restriction or objection to certain processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fourpointstudios.com.

9. Cookies & Session Storage

This Site uses an httpOnly session cookie to maintain your verified login state across visits (valid 30 days). No third-party tracking cookies are used. We also use sessionStorage to remember dismissed UI state (e.g., the disclosure notice) within a single browser session — this does not leave your device.

10. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our booking form (or opt in through our website chat), FourPoint Studios may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry, including inbound-lead notifications and conversational replies from our team. Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties under any circumstances. The third-party service providers listed in this policy (including Twilio for message delivery) process this data solely to operate the messaging service on our behalf.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
